For faster handling, include your order number, product name, registered email or phone, issue description, and photos or screenshots where relevant.

4. Disputes

If a purchase issue cannot be resolved immediately, Yalla Souq may review order history, delivery proof, payment records, product evidence, and communication history before issuing a decision.
